Using quotes from across the world and throughout all time, e.g., Barach Obama, Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hahn and other great thinkers who provide words of wisdom and kindness, proverbs, etc., about how the world is and how to survive it. Challenge what you are told! There is an exception to every rule.
