These cards carry channeled messages to increase your awareness and appreciation of your physical body and assist in listening to your health and wellbeing. Through the guidance of the cards, our health can be protected and improved.

Blood is the liquid elixir of our life energy. It pulsates through the body and soul as a red life force, reaching the most distant corners of existance in an eternal cycle. Ice cold or boiling hot, the essence of blood is a perfect mirror of the feelings that move us from within. Blood is the source of free-dlowing joy and healing in the current of existance. * Draw your attention to the action of pulsating blood within you. * Feel the power of your blood in the eternal cycle of giving and taking., A huge stream of energy pours from the deepest source of your existance and is available to you. Use it! Healing crystals to use are: Rhodonite and Hematite Quartz.

'Hovering attention' is the term given to the type of meditation suggested. Visualisation and attunement exercises are provided with several spreads and a brief overview reading for each card with three questions and two gemstone suggestions. At the back of the book is a chart with the organ, the crystal and and a short affirmation.

There is no definitive way to use these cards. There is a proscribed method given to help get the best from the deck which can be used or not, as preference. We can choose from face up cards, removing others, or select randomly from face down cards. The layouts are: Spread One - Day Profile, asking what improvements can you make to your life? Attending to the health of our vital organs is excellent advice! I was expecting more academic information. I felt ungrounded. Do our vital organs respond to our thoughts?
