Since ancient times, shamans, seers, medicine women and healers have been able to access wisdom from the natural world and these cards have been designed to help you to decipher the spiritual and psychic messages of animals, flowers, birds, lakes and ponds, moon and sun, in feathers and rainbows seen within the landscape.

Each card has a title and subtitle, and offers a full colour computer generated image. The guidebook provides an 80 word summary of each title and a 100 word summary of each subtitle. Each message is entirely positive, enjoyable and uplifting.

The guidebook explains how to prepare for a reading, how to use, choose, interpret and store the cards. I have chosen a card at random as an example. The card with the title of Success has the subtitle, Tropical Jungle. I like these cards because they draw our attention to the natural world and teach us to honour all aspects of it. The deck's creator, Denise Linn has a Cherokee, Native American heritage and this is her fifth card Oracle deck. She has written 19 books which have been translated into 29 languages, and she has created several audio programmes and one video production. When she was 17 years of age she was shot by an unknown gunman and received revelations from the 'otherside'. She began to explore the ways of ancient healers including Australian Aborigines and the Zulus in Botswana. She trained with a Hawaiian shaman and a Reiki Master, Hawayo Takata.
