Life After Death & The Afterlife Book Reviews

Circle Network Book Review: Life After Death and The World Beyond - Investigating Heaven & the Spiritual Dimension by Jenny Randles and Peter Hough

Does our consciousness survive earthy death? Where do we go when we die? Is there a place known as 'heaven'? Do we eat there, have sex, are there animals there, etc? What is a 'ghost'? These questions are explored in this interesting book along with coverage of apparitions of the Virgin Mary, lucid dreams, astral travel and astral planes, near death experiences, past lives, premonitions of death, encounters with angels, electronic voice phenomena, and the work of mediums and channellers. Written is such a way as to suggest belief in these spiritual ideas. Black and white images.

Circle Network Book Review: The Afterlife - An Investigation into the Mysteries of Life after Death by Jenny Randles and Peter Hough

There is an interesting presentation in this book on ideas of the Afterlife, which provides a 'for and against' on every chapter heading with a score at the end of the book on the degree to which the reader is convinced or otherwise. The topics include: Communication with the Dead, Ghosts, Poltergeists, Hauntings, Animals in Heaven, Past Lives, with additional topics similar to the book above, such as angels, electronic voice phenomena, poltergeists, and automatic writing, spiritual healing, ancient and modern religious movements. Black and white images.
