The cards cover the main 7 chakra centres of the subtle body, with one card to represent each of the main chakras. These are followed by 7 further cards with aspects of each, to create balance and harmony using the basis of the Healing InSight Method. This was developed by the deck's creator, Nikki Graham-Record who is a spiritual healer, counselling psychologist and teacher of Reiki and Qigong.
The deck consists of:
8 red root cards
8 orange sacral cards
8 green heart cards
8 blue throat cards
8 indigo third eye cards
8 violet crown cards
each with a topic, information, advice and affirmations in text on reverse.
The book further describes how to select cards, perform alignment with self and belief, muscle testing, a sway test and a pendulum test. It also includes permission statements, activation of Wuji posture, the infinity harmonising movement, brain-body awareness, grounding and planting belief into the Earth. Instruction on how to work on a particular chakra, such as to remove a blockage or replace negative beliefs, though the deck is designed as a complete system - for best results for love, freedom and empowerment manifestation!
