This book is a combination of both authors work and is generally based on Hawaiian Huna traditions, the knowledge of the Kahunas (guardians of the secret) - all explained. These are coupled with shamanic, Indian, reincarnation, and modern ideology and perspectives. It introduces readers to their ‘Aumakua’, higher self, including ancestors and our karmic family of plants, animals, minerals, forebears, angels, and our entire lineage to liberate us and help us unite with Source. The book begins with gratitude for ancestors, acceptance, and includes blessings, exercises, rituals, meditation and journeying, and also includes an ancestor release ritual. Old patterns of negative emotions can be removed, new paths, intuitions, joys, reconciliation, peace and other spiritual values and gifts. In the past, so much was passed down the generations, names, religion, occupations, language, keep sakes, suppressed emotions, ways of being, and the elderly were revered and honoured for their knowledge and integrity. 

Some exercises are with a partner, such as the first exercise about our mother and father. There is a meditation working with an archangel to heal parental relationships.
